Meet at Limpsfield Tennis Club for an 12.k ( 7.4 mile ) run taking in Treveraux Hill, Swaynesland, Itchingwood Common and Holland. This is the first of our Winter Series Long Runs which take place on road or hard surfaces. A head torch and reflective vest or top is a requirement on these runs.
7pm starts from Limpsfield Tennis Club. Arrange the route at the venue. Attendees can decide from a selection of different activities what they would like to do. Slow, Gentle Run; Interval Training; Fartlek; 10k Run. Check the whatsapp chat group for ideas or post your own.
