7pm starts from Limpsfield Tennis Club. Arrange the route at the venue. Attendees can decide from a selection of different activities what they would like to do. Slow, Gentle Run; Interval Training; Fartlek; 10k Run. Check the whatsapp chat group for ideas or post your own.
