Interval Training

Members and potential members of all standards are invited to attend this interval training session at the Holland Sports track in Hurst Green.
The session will include instruction on warm up and warm down exercises and last approximately 45 minutes.
Further interval training sessions will be held monthly until the start of the summer run program in April.
Access to the Holland Sports track has been kindly made available by Holland Sports without charge to Oxted Runners. Please respect any other users of the track who are not participating in the interval session.
