Interval Training – Holland Sports Track Hurst Green

Are you bored with the regular winter run ? Then why not come along to this interval training session at the flood lit Holland Sports running track in Hurst Green.
Use of the track has been kindly offered without charge by Nigel Bongers (one of Holland Sports most experienced trainers) who will be in attendance. This session is an ideal introduction for anyone who has not been on a track or done any interval training as well as catering for more experienced runners. It lasts approximately 45 minutes including the warm up exercises.
If the session is popular one or two similar sessions may be scheduled in March.
Parking is available at the track which is situated within 5 minutes walk of Hurst Green train station.
