Interval Training – Holland Sports Track Hurst Green

Including interval training in your regular running is a proven way to develop additional speed and stamina. This session will include a plyometrics warm up, and is an ideal introduction for anyone who has not been on a track or done any interval training.
This is the last Tuesday Oxted Runners are allowed to use the track this winter as Holland Sports are recommencing their regular Tuesday training sessions in February. Any Oxted Runners who wish to continue attending interval training are invited to join Holland Sports sessions on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
The interval training is offered as an optional alternative to the regular winter run.
