Interval Training – Holland Sports Track Hurst Green

Including interval training in your regular running is a proven way to develop additional speed and stamina. This track session will include a plyometrics warm up, and is an ideal introduction for anyone who has not been on a track or done any interval training.
Holland Sports have kindly offered Oxted Runners use of their track without charge once a month in October, November, December and January.
The interval training is offered as an optional alternative to the regular winter run.
